This policy applies to bookings arranged by Worlds Travel LLC through metaheighttravels.online. We act as an independent intermediary and book travel services on your behalf; the underlying travel is supplied and operated by the airline, cruise line, hotel, car-rental company or tour operator.
Every fare, room, cruise cabin, rental and package carries the supplier's own rules on whether it can be cancelled or refunded, and any penalties that apply. Some fares are fully refundable, some are partially refundable, and many discounted fares are non-refundable. The applicable rules are disclosed to you before you confirm and pay.

Where a refund is due, it is issued by the supplier back to the original form of payment. Processing times are set by the supplier and payment networks and can typically range from a few business days to several weeks. We will follow up on your behalf but cannot control the supplier's processing speed.
Our standard service fee of $50 USD (or the amount disclosed to you at the time of booking) covers the agent time spent researching, booking and supporting your reservation. Because this work is performed at the time of booking, the service fee is non-refundable, except where required by law. Any supplier change or cancellation penalty is separate from and in addition to this fee.
Changes to a booking (dates, routing, names where permitted) are subject to the supplier's rules and may involve a supplier change fee, a fare difference and an agency service fee. See our Flight Changes page. All costs are confirmed with you before any change is made.
The following are generally non-refundable: non-refundable fares and rates, taxes and fees the supplier does not return, no-show bookings, and the agency service fee for work already performed.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback for services that were properly disclosed and delivered may delay any legitimate refund while the dispute is investigated.
