These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of metaheighttravels.online (the “Site”) and any travel booking services provided by Worlds Travel LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or booking through us, you agree to these Terms. Metaheight Travels is a domain of Worlds Travel LLC, an independent Online Travel Agency.
Worlds Travel LLC is an independent, IATA & CLIA accredited Online Travel Agency. We are not an airline, cruise line, hotel or travel brand and are not affiliated with any such brand. We act as an intermediary, arranging travel services on your behalf with third-party suppliers.
When you book, you enter into a contract for the travel service directly with the relevant supplier (airline, cruise line, hotel, car-rental company or tour operator). Each service is subject to that supplier's own terms, fare rules and conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms. We are responsible for arranging the booking with reasonable care and skill; the supplier is responsible for delivering the travel service.
A booking is confirmed only when the supplier issues confirmation (for example an airline ticket number or booking reference) and payment has been received. Quotes given before confirmation are estimates and subject to availability and price changes at the moment of ticketing.
The total you pay may include the supplier's published fare and taxes plus a Worlds Travel LLC service fee. A standard service fee of $50 USD applies to most confirmed bookings. All charges — fare, taxes and any service fee — are disclosed to you clearly before any payment is taken. There are no hidden fees added after the fact.
Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate. We may verify details to prevent fraud.
Changes and cancellations are governed by the supplier's fare rules and may involve supplier penalties, fare differences and an agency service fee. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Flight Changes page. We disclose all costs before making any change.
We aim to keep Site content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the service fee we charged for that booking. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All content on the Site (text, graphics, layout) is owned by or licensed to Worlds Travel LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our services.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdictions in which Worlds Travel LLC operates. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; please contact us so we can help resolve it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
